Stefano's Adams

I order from Stefano’s at least 2–3 times a month and have generally enjoyed supporting this local spot. However, after spending about $40 on dinner tonight and reflecting on the meals I’ve received just this week, I feel the need to share some honest feedback — especially because this is a town with limited dining options. Tonight, we ordered chicken fingers and spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce, plus garlic knots. The Alfredo sauce was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever tasted — and Alfredo is my absolute favorite dish. It had the taste and texture of straight heavy whipping cream. I go here all the time for lunch. You can walk right in and get a slice. They always have slices ready to go. I believe they have the best pizza in Adams hands down! To add to this, everyone that works here is super friendly and they will assist to the best of their ability. I was there today 8/20/25, and man were they busy, which is good! Means they are doing well. The poor guys working got hit with a rush of customers, yet in my opinion they handled it great. They deserve a pat on the back!

I used to frequent this location quite a bit, as it is right around the corner and very convenient, however, I must say the quality of food has dropped significantly as of late. Tonight, I ordered a Haddock dinner and Chicken Parm sub for delivery, (I normally would pick it up but I have a bad knee at the moment and don't drive). As I said, I live literally around the corner, and it took not only over an hour from the time I placed the order, but the food was almost colder than the Pepsi I ordered! The fries with the fish were cold and soggy and ended up getting thrown out. It's actually pretty concerning that I can order through Uber Eats, have it come from Watertown, and still have it warm when I receive it, along with receiving it faster. Pizza, wings, cheese sticks and spaghetti sauce was so good. People there were friendly. Food came out with good timing.

Ordered two meatballs with spaghetti for the kids. The meatballs are so small and the flavor was very bland. $2 per meatball?! Yikes! You don’t get much spaghetti for the price either. I would go elsewhere, but to each their own.
