Steve's Prince of Steaks

So I stopped in for a steak and fries on my way home for my husband. The steak was okay but those fries were very well done (burnt actually) and tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Well because I hate spending money and getting ripped off I called and explained that I was just there and what I ordered and my fries were burnt and tasted gross 🤢. I was told that he would let them know. I didn’t know I had to check my fries before I left.

Honestly, pretty disappointed in the cheese steak. I live in jersey and everyone hypes up Philly cheese steaks. I went to this location on lunch break at work. Meat was tasteless no salt or pepper. Bare minimum meat or cheese. Maybe 4 pieces of onion if that on the sandwich. Cannot figure out why a customer at work recommended this. Can’t believe I paid $16 bucks for this

Tried calling ahead—no answer. Walked in and the place reeked of sweat, with a group of obnoxious guys burping and laughing loudly, taking up the few seats. Ordered a cheesesteak and pizza fries, but no mozzarella for the sandwich. They confirmed pizza fries were possible—but after I paid, told me they could only do American or Cheese Whiz. I explicitly said I don’t eat that, but too late. I settled for extra steak, which wasn’t even extra. Then the sandwich flew out of the staff’s hand and hit the floor, and he laughed with a coworker about it. Every bite reminded me of the disgusting smell, and the food was bland and tasteless. Had to eat something tho. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid.

$19.71 after tax for this? Taste of the meat wasn’t great either. Chewy bread…. Never again. Top worst cheesesteak on the list.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken cheese steak via door dash but I was delivered a regular (Beef) cheese steak. To rectify this, their solution was to refund me $4.26 when I paid $15 + tax and fees. The person I ordered the chicken sandwich doesn't eat beef. This is completely unacceptable.
