Subway

Stopped for lunch during my motorcycle ride to Utica, NY. Very clean facility, in fact one of the cleanest Subway restaurants I have ever visited. It was clear to me that the franchise owner cared about the customer experience, because the staff was friendly and very competent. The restroom was spotless and to top it off, there were breath mints on every table (comes in handy when eating sandwiches containing raw onions). I highly recommend a visit if you’re ever in Canton, PA.

I ordered a sub with hot honey, apparently they've been out for months. I told them my husband was coming down for a new one and was told that they couldn't make a new one because I took a bite out of it. This store is trash.

I wanted to order delivery but was told they were no delivery available. Even though the website says you can order delivery and does not specify any time. Not a happy camper it’s hot I’m disabled and I’m 72 years old

We aren't from the area and we stopped in to order a few subs. (Sunday 9/25/2022) I don't know the young man's name, but he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the initiative to make my sub the way he would have liked it done. I really appreciate the extra time he put into making our experience a pleasant one. A lot of people don't bother themselves if the patrons aren't local or regulars. He didn't exhibit that behavior at all. Thank you for employing such a nice young man.

Well, usually we have fabulous service but this was an exception. Our daughter was out and stopped at a Subway not near our home town. Our order was no where near what we expected but still ok. I'm guessing the person was new on the job and not sure of what he/she was doing. Instead of a sub roll we got wrapped sandwiches with little on them. But I am not complaining. We still were fed.
