Subway

I visit this establishment 1-2 times a week. That was until today. One employee I can assume is the owner is rude most of the time but it’s on my way to work so I dealt with it. Anyway I tried to redeem my reward points toward a free sub and was told I was not able to. He stated “ you ain’t getting something for free here”. He proceeded to curse at me and my wife even though we wanted to pay for one sub and use points for another. The female employee got in on the action and also hurled insults at us. After about 20 minutes of arguing my subway account got frozen because they scanned my app too many times and we left both subs behind and was told “don’t come back here”. I have never been treated so poorly at any business. I called corporate who fixed my account. I would steer clear of this

With three kids I use SUBWAY® several times a week I will never go to this subway again I will go to the one outside of my neighborhood. They never allow you the specials or to use the coupons they always make an excuse so they would rather you go somewhere else then do what everyone else is doing this particular subway is so cheap

Place is dirty, they don't honor coupons, their bathroom is been "under repair" for months, here comes the best part , they are cheap, their portions are laughable, what do you expect when their owners are cheap. Not coming back.

The owners lie about what they have. No sweet pepper, tried to blame the company said all subways don’t have it. Never going back

This place is fine but the owner of this place is rude, he's raising his voice rudely at some girl while he's making her sandwiches
