Subway

Food good but gotdamn. I ordered on door dash and out of all that I ordered all I got was the sub. Do yall not read the orders or something

I have experienced poor customer service repeatedly at this location, typically with the same employee. I made a complaint to the owner. She was not apologetic. She was basically complicit with the service I received from her staff. They don’t honor coupons or specials advertised by Subway and they are frequently out of ingredients. every time I say, I’m never going back there again. I end up back there just to be disappointed once again.

went to the subway in murfreesboro......i tired to use my coupon the lady told me they not taking October coupons mind you its September.... why would yall send coupons out if you cant use them!!!!!

This is the worst subway ever. BEWARE the assistant manager is horrible. She denied my friend a refund and continued to be rude , pushing my friend to the point of frustration and then calling her boss to get her banned from the store. I was on the phone the whole time and I would have went off myself if I was treated this way . We are going to fight this until that lady gets fired because no one should be treated that way over THEIR money!
