Subway

had a great experience with Simran at Subway. I was having some issues with my account, and she handled it so patiently without getting irritated or impatient. She did her best to help me out, and I really appreciate her effort. Big shout out to Simran for her excellent customer service!

I had a very good experience with a girl name simran , she was very fast and accurate. I asked her so many questions about sauces and cheese but she replied every-times very politely . I would highly recommend you guys to go this location.

I ordered 2 Subs today 1 with a soup and the girl put the soap in the sub bag instead of putting it in a different bag did the soup not spill all over in my car and I tryed carrying it in my moms house without it making a mess but it did I went back to the store to tell them this and got told that it wasn't there problem because I left the store. So because this girl didn't do right its not there problem now I have to get my car seat cleaned at my own cost. This is the mees after I got it into my moms house and to her sink.

I had a very bad experience today. I remember previously when I went there with my fiancé, the service was usually fine. But today, I went in and immediately said what I want, then the two staffs were just like they‘re zoned out, and just stopped their motions, with no eye contact with me. They didn’t even bother asking me the follow-up question about what kind of bread I’d like to have. And there was this man came in after me, then the two staffs looked over to him and greeted him right away. And I was totally neglected aside. I’m glad that the man asked if I was there first, otherwise the two staffs were like they’re ready to take his order before mine. So in my mind I was like, hello ladies, what about me? Somehow my order was still made after the man came in after me. This is so disapp

Tonight I ventured to this subway location for a late night snack. Upon arrival I saw atleast 13 or so people at the counter ordering food and one girl working the counter. To my surprise she was quick, accurate and carried herself with amazing customer service. I didn’t have to wait long for my food and was very happy with my service. Simren was the girl working and she did an outstanding job!! 10/10.
