Placed a pickup order for dine in, was not greeted at all when coming in just looked at until I said I have a pickup order. Sandwich was very light on toppings and not fresh at all, I thought this restaurant was new and improved a few months ago or something I remember seeing a sign and my experience today has proved I will not be back. The bathroom has no lock on the door as you can see the picture, the whole store is pretty dirty from the floors to pickup area, all windows, window seals, walls, and the door. I did not know this when I had ordered from here for my first time. Very dirty location for the two young girls working to just be sitting around making conversation when they could be making the store more appealing. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I opened the sandwich, the bacon was severely undercooked and raw. When I brought it into the store to ask for a new sandwich, the manager told me she would give me new bacon to put on the sandwich. I tried explaining that the bacon was undercooked/raw and even if I were to get new bacon, I wasn't comfortable eating a sandwich that had undercooked food on it. I asked if I could just get a refund, to which she promptly said she was unable to do in the store. When I finally said I was going to just submit a complaint and reach out to corporate, only then did she offer to make me a new sandwich. I don’t usually write revisit individual Subway restaurants, they all have the same food pretty much. I go to them often as they are convenient, found all over the place, are relatively cheap, open long hours, and usually have a restroom available. Easy place to stop at when traveling. However, I won’t go to this shop again. Disinterested server. Ignored most of our requests, such as “lots of olives” or “just a little sauce”. The sandwiches were mostly just bread, very skimpy fillings. Just one pickle slice. My wife asked for grated cheese, we almost couldn’t see it. Olives? A bare sprinkle of a few. It was the lousiest Subway sandwich I’ve over had. I asked for napkins, they said some were in the bag already, two hours later while out hiking we opened the bag, no napkins. I won’t go back

Drink fountain not work at all. And very limited choices of foods. I requested crispy bacon. But she can’t reading or cooking properly. Microwave bacon second time. And still nothing crispy bacon. I am disappointed.

As a customer that has been going to Subway, since I was a teen, this is outrageous and I’m literally going to be 30 in August of this year 2025, I will not be going back to this specific location because now you guys have failed, someone as a customer should be allowed to literally make a.k.a. crate their own sandwich and not have the same that’s on the image on the coupon Because not everyone wants the same stuff that’s on the image, I SERIOUSLY hope that this location on Lakeville Highway SHUTS DOWN once more. The girls at work they’re very sweet, but they force you against your will to buy something that you do not like and I could also make your stomach upset and I’ve seen other kids or other parents literally come into Subway and get their children either a tuna sandwich or other san
