Subway

I had to extend my search for a good Subway. The one in Stokesdale, checks all the boxes. I’ve been there twice now and found the store very clean (98 health score) with two or three counter employees and a supervisor that was willing to pitch in, if needed. They have online ordering, they accept coupons and here’s the clincher….wait for it….Aidan made my special request subs perfect - both times! He is very nice and he pays attention to details. I’ve ordered 4 sandwiches now, all with substitutions and add on items and they were PERFECT and delicious. Thank you Aidan!

Gentleman behind the counter was very polite, while I was eating he took the time to explain a promotion to an elderly customer who had walked in. One of the cleanest subways I have been too!

The only reason i have them am overall one star is because their blasting loud Christmas music. You can barely have a conversation or listen to your phone while you eat. That’s ridiculous!

This place is very clean. They have a friendly and helpful staff. And the food is all very fresh.

The Stokesdale subway cannot and I repeat cannot read. Online order on their app and twice now the Stokesdale location just botches it up. It’s like they purposely try to make it as wrong as possible. Last time I drove back and told them I got some else’s subs and they remade them. This time I got the right sub base and received all the toppings not selected and none of the ones selected. I verified the receipt was correct and just threw it away vs going back. Lesson learned.
