Super No. 1 Chinese

I ordered the 68. Chicken with Garlic Sauce(鱼香鸡)Despite the lack of spice, the overall meal is good. It's a comforting, classic combination of lean protein and fresh vegetables served in a flavorful, though gentle, sauce over rice. It makes for a satisfying and easy-to-eat dinner. This Chicken, Shrimp, and Beef Egg Foo Young is simply outstanding. The patties were perfectly cooked-fluffy on the inside with a nice crisp edge. The triple meat combination was generous and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The savory gravy was the perfect consistency and truly tied the whole dish together. Highly recommend this for a truly satisfying meal!

We have been going to Super No. 1 for years. We have always asked for easy oil. We got the food home today, the food was swimming in oil. When my husband called to ask why the food had so much oil, the “owner” asked the cook if the food was drained. The cook said yes. The “owner” told my husband that if he couldn’t handle so much oil on food that he should not be eating here. Every other time we have ordered food, we asked for easy oil. The food has always been fine. Today when I drained my food, and there was close to 1/3 cup of oil that came off the food. Super No. 1 has lost two longtime customers, and we will be sure to let others know!

Honestly the most vile dish I have ever seen/been served. I’ve ordered the same thing at their other restaurant and I got something completely different. Crispy Chicken. Chef special. I was served literal soggy trash. With RAW ONION. Should be ashamed of yourselves for serving two pounds of pure garbage that is inedible and charging $25 for it. I’m so sick of Milwaukee.

11/12/25 Just called for a delivery order and was informed they no longer provide their delivery option. Dont know how a Chinese place can survive without delivery. I've been enjoying the delivery for 10 years! Good luck super no 1. Hope you can survive.

Eat here 2 times a week. They remember your face and the owner is very sweet. The food is top notch.
