Quiet ,calm ,cozy n safe stay with walking distance to Niagara. Cozy rooms with absolute cleanliness provided us with homely atmosphere moreover exceptionally delightful breakfast.Most appealing host with high hospitality.Highly recommended if one is planning for a nature friendly atmosphere ,cozy and happy staycation worth the value of a rejuvenating mind therapy near Niagara.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Toronto. Susan’s Villa was a lovely house, hosted by a lovely couple. It is a very large house with separate rooms, which ours consisted of a bedroom, bathroom & another room which had tea, coffee making facilities & also bottles of water provided. The rooms were spotless, no shoes to be worn inside, sliders are provided. The tv is huge & had Netflix, etc available. The bed we had was a double, so we did find it a bit on the small side, especially as we were two friends sharing, but we knew this when we booked. |Breakfast was included & at a set time. It was a very odd combination of foods tho, not your usual breakfast you would expect, an example being, spring rolls, ham, egg, oranges, waffles with blueberries, also toast, coffee, orange juice available

Kind and welcoming hosts. Very spacious and clean rooms. Extraordinary breakfast. You can walk to the Niagara Falls - even go over to the U.S. side - and all the attractions and restaurants on Clifton Hill. We will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

The villa is at a great location, at a walkable distance from the Falls and Clifton hill. The hosts are really kind and welcoming. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.
