Taco Bell

Went through the drive-thru at 7:20 PM on December 27th and was told the cook was shutting the kitchen down. This location consistently has issues, and experiences like this hurt Taco Bell’s brand. At this point, it would be better to close this location than continue operating this way.

By far the slowest and worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Not only did this location do a terrible job but they put a bad taste in my mouth for Taco Bell as a whole. I would not recommend going here if it was the last place to eat.

Horrible customer service. Workers are very disrespectful,cussing and yelling at each other. And cussing about customers saying "are these people that desperate they will just stand here. Why won't they go anywhere else." With plenty of cussing words in that statement that I left out. And every order made is wrong

I went in for lunch and the service was fine, the only issue I had was with the portion of food I received. I got the spicy grilled cheese nacho fries and I received the bare minimum amount of fries on that plate as you can see in my picture. They tasted good but just not enough of them.

Ordered large nacho fry and I got it basically empty. Ordered steak chalupa and I got a sour cream chalupa. Waiting for almost 20 minutes. Window girl was giving me a dirty look too. Spent 30 bucks for the fun of it Igs. ( I have two meals exactly like this. )
