Tacos Burgers and More

It’s not often that I leave a Mexican food cart hungry, but I did this time. While most other food carts fill the plate with massive quesadillas loaded with meat and cheese, this looks more akin to a familiar drive through chain, but double the price. Not good portions for the money, also negative point for separated and sediment like horchata.

TL;DR: Worth it. Just go. I’d been eyeing this food truck for a while and finally decided to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did. Was it a little pricey? Maybe. But it was absolutely worth it. I ordered the Mexi Burger, which came with fries. The fries weren’t mind-blowing, but they were solid—crispy, hot, and actually worth eating (which is more than I can say for a lot of “obligatory” burger sides). I picked up my order to-go while walking home, and even after a 7-minute walk, everything was still hot and delicious when I opened the container. The burger itself? Incredible. Expensive and not that good. It was SUPER sweet. Sauces weren't spicy at all. The meat was pretty good but that was about it for me.

The quesobirria tacos and consomme are really good!
