TBT El Gallo

First time visiting their new spot! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, loved the variety of tequilas and mezcals. The food is delicious, there are a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. We got a variety of tacos and all were delicious. I do miss the “children of the corn” fries from the old spot, but I’m so happy that they have this new space! Service is great also, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going out here more often!

Last night 10/23/2025 was my first time experiencing TBT. My kids have experienced this eatery two other times and we're very pleased. My kids told me about TBT prior to my visiting, so I wanted to try TBT. I'm pleased that I did. My kids had burrito bowls and I had two different tacos. I had the Impulsive Cowboy Tattoo and Dude, Where's My Carnitas? tacos and a bowl of Spanish rice. Let me say this, I'm from Colorado and grew up on authentic Mexican food and I definitely was not expecting to enjoy my bowl of Spanish rice😂, but whomever the chef was last night hey' the food was off the chain!!! Great margs, food, and service! We tried the “all the damn dips”. The salsas all had a great flavor profile and the queso and guacamole were delicious. I tried the burrito bowl with chicken and salsa verde and my husband got the burrito bowl with carne and salsa verde - both delicious. The service was excellent. I want to check out brunch on Sunday’s - they have live music! Check it out if you’re in the fan and hungry for delicious food!

Pros: The chicken burrito is really great and filling, the outdoor deck is really cute and a great place to sit and chat while eating, and the staff is friendly. We were also seated quickly. Cons: I felt this was much too expensive for what it was, and the tacos especially are very expensive for not being filling at all. The tacos had great presentation, but I did not find the flavor to be particularly standout. I didn’t mark down for this as it’s just a personal preference thing, but I also felt like the service was a bit slow. Overall I would give this a 3.5 rather than a 3 if I could and I would likely go back for the chicken burrito.

Stopped in on a whim. Great find. The food was very good; fresh, varied choices, and good prices. Loved the vegetarian selection. They even made an off the menu taco for our daughter. Super friendly and respectful. The place has both outdoor and indoor seating. Not crowded when we were there so very pleasant. Would definitely go back.
