The Basement Sports Bar & Grill

We absolutely love the Basement in Twinsburg. Their food is amazing!! Wings are great and they have thee best pizza!! Another favorite is the gyro Philly..I mean you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!! They also have a small private party room available which we booked for my daughter's 16th birthday lastyear!! Staff is amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Patience and Emily at The Basement in Twinsburg for delivering some of the best service I’ve experienced anywhere. From the moment we sat down, both of them were incredibly attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great time. Patience lived up to her name—she was calm, helpful, and handled every request with ease. Emily brought great energy, checked on us at the perfect times, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Together, they created a smooth, enjoyable experience that made our visit stand out. If you’re heading to The Basement, you’ll be in great hands with Patience and Emily. Marina was our server and was very professional, polite and made our overall experience amazing. She was very attentive and made sure our orders were correct and checked in on us throughout our meal. She knew the specials, recommended the best dishes and was very quick with her service and our refills. We will definitely be returning specifically for Marina and her hospitality!

I recently had a great experience at the basement bar & grill where the customer service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in NIA greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. The bartender was attentive and friendly, quickly taking my order and even offering helpful drink recommendations. My food arrived promptly and exactly as I requested, and the server checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team worked seamlessly together, creating an enjoyable and comfortable dining experience. Overall, their professionalism and genuine hospitality made my visit memorable.

This is a great restaurant. Food is always top notch. Servers are attentive. our server Marina is very pleasant we request her or Brandi. The owner makes the time to come out and visit with the patrons.
