The Rainbow Room

We went here for breakfast two days in a row ,first day no problem, second day I was served coffee in a dirty cup and there was scrambled eggs on the pepper shaker. I very discreetly took the manager aside and told him . He IMMEDIATELY said “you aren’t paying for your breakfasts today I’ll remove them from your bill” He never looked to see if I was telling the truth ,he never even hesitated, just an immediate apology and no bill . The food itself was excellent and the guy who cooks your omelets was a really nice man who was working very hard making custom plates. The waffles were huge ,the fruit was fresh , the atmosphere was pleasant and the view was beautiful. But the customer service was IMPECCABLE thus little things aside it’s a 5/5 for us .

We’ve had breakfast twice now at the rainbow room and the food is tasty, fresh and well prepared. There’s an omelette station where it takes about three or four minutes for a fresh omelette. The coffee is very tasty with unlimited refills. Would enjoy again.

The breakfast quality here was much better than expected. Meal cost is on par with the area but happened to be included in the room package that was purchased. Decent view of the falls while you eat. Doesn't seem to get busy during weekday mornings.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at the Rainbow Room, and I would like to give special recognition to Pamela for his exceptional service. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. His professionalism, knowledge of the menu, and calm, welcoming presence made our evening truly special. Zlatko went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his positive energy added greatly to the overall experience. Service like his leaves a lasting impression and truly reflects the high standard of the Rainbow Room. Thank you, Pamela for making our visit so memorable.

On the 10th floor of The Brock, the view is the highlight of this place. On-demand, chef-prepared omelets, buffet with good variety of breads, fresh fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, and more. We went on Sunday morning, price was $29.99, and well worth it. We paid the same yesterday for an omelette with 3 pancakes at a chain restaurant and the quality of the food was way lower. Our server was Sandra and she was excellent, checked on us often and had a cheery disposition and smile. Definitely recommend.
