The Trojan Grill

Overall the visit was great. The food was very good. The smash burgers are well seasoned, bacon was on point. All the workers were freindly. Maggie, our server did a great job handling my group. Only two things I noticed need to be addressed, management/owner level... The menu needs the soda prices on it. Sodas and tea are $2.95, so everyone knows, and the air intake and outlets need to be cleaned. Maybe a few need to be replaced as rust is showing, refer to pics.

Went in a Friday night and had no problem getting a table quickly. The staff were all wonderful, food typical American fare. I got the footlong and was shocked how filling it was. Dip, pitas and fried pickles were all very good also. For a full bar and being close to multiple breweries in Williamsburg & Gloucester, there may be an opportunity to highlight the great beer in the area. Will definitely go again. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

Unfortunately we had our 3rd less than stellar experience here. We stopped in when there was only 1 other table so it seemed empty and quick. Waitress was nice and helpful at the bar. Past that though the BOH needs help. Cheese steak was on 4 or 6 in single roll. Very small portion and bread was pretty hard. Side of Brussels were absolutely charred with zero salt seasoning or sauce. I love side Brussels but these were burn and dry. Really dry. Gotta at some form of sauce of flavor to those. I was dealing with the high price n small portions until I bit into raw onion ring. Dry outside with sticky dough center. No bueno. Asked to have them removed and they said they couldn't do that but would give me some form of discount. So Unfortunately still $40 for something I couldn't eat several par

We stopped in at The Trojan Grill today and were pleasantly surprised! I ordered the French Dip on a gluten-free bun (so excited to see they offer gluten-free options!), and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger, which came with a generous amount of bacon and was cooked perfectly. Both of our meals were great, and the service was just as good. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I was there for the first time today. My waitress was Bree. She is very friendly, warm, and efficient. She gave us excellent service. The hamburger that I had there today was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. They have Old Country music playing quietly in the background which I happen to love. I had a very enjoyable experience there today and I will be returning.
