The Wild Game Inn

A slice of heaven, absolutely amazing experience. So Many activities to do, ATV & snowmobile wilderness tours in the winter. Wildlife encounters with deer, elk, bear, fly fishing from the back porch, hiking and star gazing, skeet and trap shooting, pistol and rifle, target practice - NRA instructor on site. Breath taking views surrounded by mountains. Grateful indeed to be here. And of course, the host and Chef David is a awesome cook.

The Wild Game Inn sits on a stunning property! The B&B is so warm and cozy inside. My husband and I came by for an ATV tour with Dave. We had a 3 hour tour up two different mountains. The views were absolutely stunning and Dave was an awesome guide! We are already talking about coming back to stay on property. The rooms back up right to a creek with a hot tub and everything you could need! Can’t forget to mention how great the HOMEMADE ice cream is!

Great time snowmobiling!!! We booked a full day (six hours), neither of us had any experience riding snowmobiles but Dave got us educated and sorted out right away after a thorough safety briefing and learning the basics of the machines around the property. Following that we headed up high into the mountains behind his property and enjoyed everything it has to offer - stopping along the way to take pictures and get some background on the area.. Dave gradually increased the difficulty of the terrain as we got more comfortable. The equipment he has is current and in great condition which can accommodate all levels of riding. A full day trip can be pretty taxing physically and I would recommend the 1/2 day starting out- we were wiped out after our full day! Reach out to Dave ahead of time

We had an incredible 3 night stay at the Wild Game Inn. The location is serene, with a bubbling creek right next to your cabin, hammocks for lounging around, and we saw deer, hummingbirds and chipmunks every day we were there. Dave is an awesome host and amazing chef! I already miss the breakfasts, dinners, and dessert! The homemade ice cream from local ingredients is the best in Montana. The hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking was such a nice touch. Cabins are so cozy and each one has its own theme. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Dave for making our trip so memorable!

I had the pleasure of booking an ATV / SxS half-day tour in mid November. Arriving at the Inn we were greeted by Dave who went over some instructions to ensure we knew how to operate the equipment and my wife and I were on our way. The scenery from that day will be remembered forever. We got to climb to the top of snow-capped mountains and see wildlife on the trails. After a half day of fun, Dave treated us to some homemade ice cream. If you're looking to see the scenery of Montana I would highly recommend booking with Dave.
