Customer Reviews
The sushi are delicious, but they change the recipe for calamari and it’s not good. Taste like an onion ring. I don’t recommend it. I recommend the Corvallis, tuna, spicy salmon are delicious. Prices are great. We are from Beaverton and everything is expensive. I mean 30 bucks for three rolls and appetizer wow amazing
This is solely about the service rather than the food. After standing around waiting for a couple minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence I was seated without being given a water, a menu, or really anything as the host walked off. I waited for over ten minutes until the same host came by and dropped off a menu. After waiting for another five minutes for anyone to so much as look in my direction much less offer me water or take my order I walked away. I can understand when the place is really busy but this was on a weekday a little before 6 PM.
I ordered takeout, it was ready on time which was awesome. When I got home though, I was unfortunately missing quite a bit of food. No worries, it happens. I gave them a call to let them know and the person i talked to seemed irritated that I wasn't able to come back right away to get what they had forgotten. I live pretty far from there. I finally convinced her that I wasn't able to come back in right away so she said she would take my information and get back to me when she could. I was happy with this option, however that was days ago now and I never heard back. Great food, but disappointing experience.
The teppanyaki is like night market teppanyaki and the food was very salty (entertainment > food), so don’t have high expectations for their food when you come here, it’s not what you think it is. The raw fish of the nigiri are spongy and lack of flavor (frozen ?). They also have a serious problem for their hygiene, they have nasty toilets and extremely greasy apparel on the chef, and his keep touching it while cooking my food. My appetite lost 50% immediately. In short, the restaurant is suit for entertainment, but not really for decent teppanyaki and sushi. One more reminder, keep everything clean before you start cooking. Hope you make some changes.
Love their bento teriyaki steak with shrimp vegetable tempura. We didn't particularly like the chicken fried rice, it tasted like it may have gone sour. Their lunch prices are pretty good and their onion soup is light. I'd come back again.
