Tony's Pizzeria & Deli Whitesboro

Have been ordering food from Tony’s for a while, our kids enjoy their pizza. However, tonight they made a mistake on our pizza order. Nothing wrong with mistakes, we all make them. But, their customer service was very lacking, pretty much non existent.

This pizza was amazing... the sauce had a sweetness to it. The topping were evenly spread across the pie with a sense of the artist wanted the eater to savor flavors of everything in each bite. I love mushroom and green peppers, but I have no doubts that they take the care in making each pie. With that said I lowered a star because when I made order the young lady who took my order seemed like I was a bother and she ws very offputting to me. She seemed very dissatisfied with her job and I feel does not represent the pizzeria as a whole. I guess attitude towards customers is key when one walks in to the establishment. There was no personality to the service. Food was amazing. Will get pizza here again, but may call first.

When your order is correct things are great but unfortunately I’ve had numerous problems with deliveries regardless if I’m order thru their website the phone or an app. Each time they refuse to fix it. The customer is never right and you always end up paying and are never able to eat your dinner because “they” are always right. Example ordered an extra toasted sub. Sub wasn’t toasted at all and didn’t come with one of the two sauces on it and the cheesed wasn’t even melted but was told “ the girl said she toasted it nothing we can do about it.” Another time we didn’t get our cookies. “ You can’t prove that” no refund no cookies brought to us. Many times it took well over an hour and we had to call to find out where our order was and they always arrived cold when we did so doubtful it was b

We ordered 1 cheese pizza And wings light on BBQ sauce for the wings and we ended up with BBQ chicken pizza and 2x BBQ sauce on wings. They don't seem to be able to follow the app so try calling them.

pizza arrived looking like this. i’m sure i’ll be sick tonight, wasn’t even cooked. all i could afford for the kids.
