Dan & Kaden probably won’t remember me, but I remember them - and that’s one of the main reasons why Toomers Coffee gets 5 stars. These two were the best hosts for both my coffee purchases and making sure I had my bearings for 3 days in Opelika/Auburn. The Blueberry pancake blend was fun for both my office and home for the summer, and the Southern Pecan was just as perfect this fall. The SP perfectly matched the same-named pie for Thanksgiving dessert too. New order incoming guys…thanks for being great roaster/brewers and people.
Ok I just ordered yesterday on Sunday it's 1:00 Monday and I have a text saying it's been delivered along with tracking number. Very speedy and very on top of things. So I will report back after we try some of the product. We ordered 13 different kinds so It my take a bit. But if they are alone top of things this way so far I'm sure the coffee will be the same. Thank you.
I’ve seen this place for a while and never stopped in until yesterday and I am so glad I did! I got a simple iced coffee and it was so smooth. Really good. Low acid. I talked a while with the two employees and they explained about their roasting process and where they source their beans. Very informative and friendly guys. Their prices are much better than the crappy coffee you get at a certain big brand coffee shop. They sell their beans. They also have single source beans.
I was torn between 4 and 5 stars for one reason only... seating. It’s a tiny front to the larger roasting facility so there is no inside seating, only 2 small tables outside. 5 stars though because the coffee/espresso is remarkable, rich, deep, and pure. The service was efficient and kind. There was a small selection of homemade bakery goods and a fairly big selection of loose and bagged teas and coffee appliances. So it’s worth a few minutes off the interstate if you want to drop by for a great cup of coffee or espresso drinks.
I love the mocha latte I got here! Also it’s a “mom & pop” coffee shop and it has a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. To be honest I am thankful to have an alternative to *St———*! 💪🏼
