Vera Caffe

Best pho ever. It has the most authentic chicken broth flavor and the chicken was so tender! The broth is so good, you don’t even need the sauces to make it better. Service is good, and you can smell the delicious pho from the outside! Amazing to have on a cold chilly day.

Oh my god... the Best Pho I have ever had in my life!! The broth is clean but pack full of flavor! Spring rolls are very delicious and crunch. the layers feel like its a crunch pie! I will be coming back often.

Café is a decent size and comfy and has a nice aesthetic. I thought the bear in the drinks was jelly or something but it’s a bear shaped ice cube. 😅 Just a little fyi. Overall, drinks were good. One recommendation: The matcha could be a bit stronger.

I happened to be in the Fort Lee area when I searched for nearby cafes, and this one appeared at the top of the list. At first glance, the cafe is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and just the right amount of sunlight flooding the room. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and sweet staff member. The menu caught my interest, and eager to try something new, I ordered the blueberry matcha latte. The presentation was outstanding, earning a perfect score of ten out of ten! The matcha ice bear and lavender ice butterfly not only looked adorable but also tasted delightful. This cafe is an excellent choice for casual meet-ups and first dates if you wish to impress your guest.

I've tried the pho popup in Vera twice. The beef pho and chicken pho are excellent. They have the best presentation of any pho restaurant - a take on modern simplicity. The menu reflects the same simple choices, a single size bowl of: beef, chicken, or seafood.
