I’ve been to Niagara many times, and I honestly don’t know why this Wendy’s never caught my attention before. The location is absolutely excellent, and I’m really glad I noticed it this time. I’ll definitely be happy to share this experience with friends. I placed my order online through my phone, and the prices were very reasonable — nothing to complain about. The food was prepared very well: everything was fresh, tasty, and done just right. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the interaction with the staff. I completely understand that not everyone can be in a good mood all the time, but unfortunately the entire staff seemed to be in a bad mood that day. Wendy’s is located in the centre of Niagara Falls Ontario only a short walk from the Falls. It is surrounded by many retail outlets, including movie land, adventure, city, Niagara, brewing, Ruby Tuesday, ice cream shops, gift shops, and so many other places. It’s a typical Wendy’s in terms of the menu, but it’s located earshot from the Falls. It’s a very busy area both in terms of vehicular and foot traffic so there is definitely no parking available.

It’s honestly hard to find a decent place to eat around Niagara Falls — most of the fancy restaurants feel outdated, and some even have an off-putting smell that makes you turn right back around. We decided to give Wendy’s a try, and we were really impressed! The food was fresh and tasty, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was actually enjoyable. It was a simple, no-stress meal that hit the spot. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and just want good food in a clean setting without the fuss.

We had a great time at Niagara Falls and had great burgers in Wendy's. The service was quick and the team was friendly. We ordered a Dave's burger, and it was the classic we know and love—hot, juicy, and delicious. This is our go-to for a reliable, satisfying burger, and this visit was no exception.
