The experience I had recently at this fast-food restaurant was fairly typical of what you might expect from a chain establishment. Upon walking in, I noticed right away that most of the staff were young employees, clearly still learning the ropes of working in a busy, customer-facing environment. While I commend their effort and willingness to work, it was evident that efficiency and polish were still a work in progress. Ordering was straightforward, but the wait time felt longer than it should have been for a fast-food spot. When my food finally arrived, the presentation was simple, and the taste was just average. Oh, the food is okay. They regularly mess up my order by not putting in condiments and things like that, but they are pretty quick. If I can get through that line real quick, I'll give them that. There is a language barrier since I don't speak Spanish, and there are a few people who don't seem to understand my English. I think the biggest thing is to bring back some values from the old days. I'd like the people at the window and the speaker to say something like, "Thank you, please come again," or, "Thank you for your service." Instead, it's just like they stick the bag out the window or they say, "Here you go." Now, there is a female in there who has said that to me, and the manager, Sean, has been polite too. Made me pull off in the drive thru even though they don’t have spots made like that at this location for drive up. Then after 5 other cars got their food and I was still waiting I pulled through again and they had my food ready. But they overloaded the bag and it ripped as she was handing it out of the window. Then they made me pull off in the drive thru again for new food since the other fell on the ground. They put all the same food in one bag AGAIN and the bag ripped in my car. Super unapologetic as well and irritated.

I didn't plan on leaving a review. I just wanted to get in touch with someone there to let them know their soda machine was shooting blanks. Anyone ever forget to add the sugar when making Kool-Aid? Yeah, that's what it tasted like. Anyhow, I called the number 3 times letting it ring for minutes before it just disconnects. Now I'm irritated so they get a 3 star review.

I just left your location where I ordered a number 2 along with other items. When I got home I saw that my burger had not one piece of bacon on it… how do you forget to put the bacon on a baconator??? Then I tried to call to let you guys know of your mistake but of course I don’t get a response. If I just wanted a double cheeseburger I would’ve gotten one. I would like a refund for my order being messed up.
