Really nice Wendy's and nice employees. Been here 3 times already and had a small issue with my order and the manager Alejando fixed it instantly and was so nice. Great job!
Was so excited a new Wendy's opened up near my house, have already been there 3 times, but all 3 times they have screwed up the order. I don't get how any restaurant can go 0 for 3. Won't go back.
Clean place. Food was good and delicious and hot. Staff were super friendly
I've been through the drive thru three times. All three times my order was screwed up.
Been here 3 times. Every time, they tell me the frosty machine is not working or empty? Food was cold and fries were cold. Worse yet, when I ordered my meal and then came to the front to find they are out of the frostys we ordered, they didn't offer to compensate us at all. They just swapped it for vanilla ice cream which we don't like AND we had to pay for. Just overall, not a good experience. If you are out of a staple item like chocolate frosty and your customer ordered it, you should change it to vanilla for FREE. Just some basic customer service sense. That and it is TOO EXPENSIVE.
