Wing's Castle

Singularly unique and intimate "b&b" perfect for anyone who appreciates creativity, history, or just unusual experiences. We stayed for two nights and though we had a robust itinerary for our weekend, we opted to return early to the castle on Saturday to simply explore and enjoy the property, particularly the view of the Hudson Valley, which is without equal. Our trip happened to align with beautiful weather at the exact peak of the fall foliage, so it was truly stunning. (I suggest bringing blankets so you can sit at one of the many outdoor tables to watch the sunset!) It would also be a great place to stay in summer with friends as there is a moat (read: pool). The castle is unique and very interesting, the entire design is done by there family. The Dungeon room was interesting to say the least. The stairway into the room is just like anything you would see in a Medieval castle. Toni the owner gave us a tour of the property and told us her amazing story. Every room on the property was different and amazing. Thank you for such a great time.

Staying at Wings Castle was a unique and unforgettable experience. The owner was thoughtful and welcoming, giving us a tour of the castle where we could feel the creativity and care put in by her late husband in the construction of the castle, a the legacy carried on by their children after his passing. It was truly touching, inspiring, and made for the perfect winter getaway. One of the highlights was the Buddha Dome — the acoustics were incredible, and singing Christmas carols there felt almost otherworldly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something truly special.

If you would like to leave the city and travel back in time this is the place to go. We stayed at the cabin that accommodate 2 couples. There is central heating. Kitchen and 1 bathroom. They also have a room with a beautiful view of the lake to play games. Across the cabin there is a castle. They give tours too of the castle. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go again.

We truly LOVED our stay in the Dungeon Room at Wing’s Castle. Everything was so perfect and charming from start to finish!! There is so much detail in every nook and cranny of this castle, and it’s truly a testament to the creativity, passion, hard work, and love of the Wing Family. This is a gem of a place, tucked away in the perfect spot with gorgeous views (especially at sunset). We HIGHLY recommend staying here and soaking in this amazing masterpiece ♥️
