Hey shoutout to the crew of high school kids you have working up here, they’re responsible for convincing me to be a repeat customer because this is the only wingstop in town that is ran by anyone with a customer service mindset as I found out today. They are attentive, polite, and got my food out quickly. I’ll quite literally drive past three different locations that are closer to me, just to come back to this location specifically from now on. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Ordered 30 wings, we got 26. Not a huge deal but I called and told them of the missing wings. The “assistant manager” said she made my order and they were on the “bottom” in a separate container? I told her there were only 26, not a big deal but our order was over $40 and thought I would call and mention it. She got rude and told me she would have her “GM” call me because she knows she put them on the “bottom”. So I told her “ya know customer is always right, don’t say I’m lying” she got ruder after that and I hung up. Who cares? It’s 4 wings. Why be rude? Our first (and last) time ordering. The guy who was working at this wingstop last night(when we were door dashing) was so kind and professional, he was the reason we even ordered there tonight. We live 30 miles away. Way to lose a cust

Don’t bother ordering ahead. I placed an order at 10:45am for a 5:15pm pickup and still waited an additional 30 minutes because they were “busy.” One employee told me my order was already completed and confirmed my name, but it turned out my ticket had been lost. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the manager repeatedly emphasized how busy they were—as if I hadn’t planned ahead specifically because I knew they’d be busy. Very frustrating experience.

Excellent service by an employee 8:00 1/23 he took the time to go through and get the best price for what I was looking for. That's a rare quality these days and I appreciated it! I should've gotten his name
