WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

This place is the absolute worst!! The chicken sandwich is 4 chicken nuggets on a bun with nothing else. The garlic Parmesan wings are plain wings no garlic flavor or Parmesan… the Philly cheesesteak is dry no mayo, no toppings I don’t even see any cheese on here no seasoning at all on the fries and no sauce at all. For $39.27 I expected MUCH better. And on top of all of that we waited about 30 minutes for this order and the drink machine was out of order.

So disappointed. Went there for the first time and got a 10 boneless combo and it was $18!!! What the heck. I asked for the mild sauce and it was really spicy for the second lowest (and I love a good franks buffalo) and the sauce tasted like salt salt salt. The chicken was dry and I was given the tiniest side of ranch. Dip should be given out in proportion to what you order. The only thing was the wings were a good size and the fries were decent but I probably won’t try it again because the wings weren’t edible with how extremely salty the sauce was. Additionally there was no one in there and when I placed my order I was told it would take 15-20 min

Fresh, hot and made to order! This isn’t fast food so be willing to wait on your next quality meal. We got the fried rice and burgers to go, some of the best quality in RVA! Open your mind and give this a try….

Pretty good across the board. My son got a Cheeseburger Combo and I got a cheese steak with added mushrooms combo. Both of us thought every tasted pretty good, my son remarked that he thought the bun was really good, I agree with my sub roll. Not a fan of natural cut fries, but these were ok. Not a hugh place, handful of tables. Lots to choose on the menu. Have one of those free style soda machines to choose drinks. It made a mess getting my drink, sprayed all over the place. We would definitely come back and maybe try some wings.

New management. Doesn't speak to you just looks at you when you go to order. Had to wait 30 minutes which was fine but the fries were soggy and the sub I ordered was the hot and spicy told her with EVERYTHING on it she gave me nothing on it. Not like it use to be. with the previous management it was great food
