Enjoyed working with these sad people until DJ decided he didn’t appreciate being called out on double standards. Sherry his colleague came to his defense which is laughable. He hung up on me twice in a row which is pretty unprofessional seeing as how I did nothing to warrant that behavior. Insecure people need extra training before starting signing services. If someone makes a comment that points out that you’re going against the rules you literally set in the sentence before, then maybe acknowledge it instead of hanging up. DJ was weirdly offended and Sherry got nice and worked up and did nothing to apologize for his behavior. Wild that she didn’t apologize on his behalf. I spoke calmly and was met with vitriol. Sherry seems to be the type that thrives in chaos. I hope Missy gets a hold

What a terrible experience working with this signing service as a notary. From the very beginning, not once did they answer the phone, and emails were either ignored or responded to with endless excuses. The so-called “accounting department” does not exist, and payment was delayed again and again. It is extremely frustrating and exhausting to chase someone repeatedly for a small fee after completing a flawless signing. Notaries do all the work, yet companies like this make the profits while refusing to pay fairly. This behavior is unacceptable and abusive to the people who keep their business running. You have no business running a signing service if you cannot honor the most basic obligation: paying notaries for their work. Based on my experience, empathy is not deserved here, only acco
