1000 Islands Restaurant & Pizzeria

What a lovely family friendly place , the food was worth the wait and the server was very accommodating, friendly and helped us make choices . The pizzas a must try and made fresh , the general vibe of the place is chill . We are glad we visited this gem ! This is not a paid or incentivized review I write my views about places I visit based on my experience.

Made the drive from Smiths Falls on Saturday to try the pizza here, as it was my Father's birthday, and he had found this place online. Pizza was great, service was great.. The only complaint I would have is that they don't really have room to accommodate parties larger than 4, unless you want to be sat directly in front of the bar area with servers walking past constantly, which is where we were put being a group of 5. Would I make the drive back there just for the pizza, maybe.. Would I go again if I was in the area, or close to.. Absolutely. It seems like a really friendly place where those who frequent it become family, and I love that kind of establishment! :)

We loved this family-owned and operated restaurant for many reasons: George the owner greeted us warmly and made us feel like VIPS and special guests, Chloe delivered excellent service and an exceptional customer experience, the food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous and the pictures of patrons on the wall enjoying their food made it feel like we were visiting someone's home not dining in a restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, casual and intimate. The hamburgers are hand made with top quality beef and the french fries are hand cut and cooked perfectly. Nick's Lasagna was also a standout. Absolutely aan amazing place to dine.The staff and the owner, all were extremely pleasant and courteous. The homemade food, WOW! To say Delicious, is an understatement. I had the spaghetti with mushrooms, my husband had the Carnivore pizza, and my sister in law had the Nick's lasagna. Portions were more than generous. Every bite left us all ready for the next bite and the next. A return trip back, a most definite! and soon! Highly recommend! YAMAS!! Best place in Brockville and area to get pizza. A must stop in the downtown if your looking for a friendly small restaurant with homemade pizza which is always tasty with friendly staff serving you. Always look forward to visiting this establishment any time I travel there.
