Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill disappointed me. Food quality felt poor. Burger tasted dry. Fries arrived cold. Presentation looked rushed. Service caused frustration. Staff showed little patience. Ordering felt stressful, not welcoming. Cleanliness raised concerns. Tables looked dirty. Floors needed attention. Prices feel high for this level of quality. You expect better food and basic care. You should avoid this location. Choose another place for a meal.

For a DQ, this place is actually pretty nice. The service is very fast and the seats are clean, along with the seating outside. We came on a Sunday evening. We had 2 single cheeseburgers and a plain vanilla cone. Would come again if I lived closer.

Ordered an ice cream cake. Said everything but cookie crumb. Said 3 times put in the fudge, just not the crumbs. She left out fudge and crumbs. And i know for a fact u can just do fudge. Anyways that was disappointing. Good job decorating tho. Also no washrooms? Even for customers. Thats weird

This location is super depressing. We have experienced both rude service and apathetic service. I HIGHLY recommend driving the extra 11 min to the Dairy Queen in Ladner... owned by a local family, well kept, better service.

for the past week they have been closing down the kitchen extremely early bs i tell you. If they are closing it ealier inform it before hand when kitchen closed i used to come in at 9:30 and it was still open. Not ok and very rude staff
