2 Stars – The Only Thing “Dunkin’” Was My Hope Stopped by this morning at Dunkin’ in Greenville, NY thinking I’d grab a refreshing iced tea and a quick bite to kickstart the day. The iced tea? Fine. It’s iced tea—you’d have to go out of your way to mess that up. So, congrats on meeting the bare minimum, Dunkin’. Now let’s talk about the bagel. I ordered an everything bagel but apparently “everything” didn’t include flavor, freshness, or cream cheese. It was like someone fished a frozen bagel out of a defrost tray, gave it a confused stare, and then left it on the counter for three days to ponder its existence. This DD location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and from the pathetic ratings, I am not the only person who has experienced this. The cashier said she was ‘warning’ me - next time she would not accept a $50 bill. She said that loud enough for all customers in line to hear and kept repeating it. I asked what the issue was since I had asked prior to ordering if she could take a $50, it was only after she handed me change that she began her rant. Never will go back to a place that treats customers like this.

Been here 3 times and the drive through is so slow. Yesterday ended it for me. Waited 10 minutes. The car in front of me still haven't had their order taken. When I pulled away and the 3 cars I saw when pulled in were still in the drive through waiting. So sad.

Ordered an iced latte on the app, it was made hot. I wasn’t going to have them remake it but instead asked for a cup of ice so I can pour it over. The blonde employee said “it will be a $1.20”, are you serious? I almost laughed. I walked out with my hot coffee which was also made incorrectly. The customer service at this location has always been awful.

I had an incident back on July 14, 2025, Some girl walked in, claiming that she used to work. There was yelling at an employee who supposedly tattled on her for walking behind the counter and helping herself to making drinks. That employee Started to make my drink and couldn’t finish it because the one that supposedly used to work, there was screaming at her, embarrassed her so she excused herself and went into the back another employee that was there he finished making my drink. As he was finishing my drink, that girl decided to help herself by going behind the counter and making two refreshers And she told him I know that you won’t say anything that you don’t mind that I’m back here. I don’t know if she got fired or quit she claims she quit. The whole point is that she was using foul lan
