Dunkin'

If i could give zero stars i would. This is the 3rd time I have gotten from your location in Marietta and it has sucked. Every time. Not good service. At all. The bagel was that hard i couldn't even chew it. The egg was cold. The frozen mocha was basically all ice with some milk. Didn't even taste like mocha was put in it. As high as the price is it should be at least made correctly. The donuts were basically all stale. Probably from the day before. Just disgusting. We put the whole dozen in the trash. Couldnt even eat them. This is very disappointing when we spent over $30. I am very upset because I love DD coffee.

As I was pulling up to the drive through, there were two employees standing out in front of the menu. The young girl was looking at the menu & the older teen boy was throwing snow at her. I wait until they go in to pull up. When I went to order, the younger girl had the grossest attitude. Like I was BOTHERING her for coming to her place of employment lol I ended up not buying anything because if you’re going to act like a child, then my order would’ve probably been made by a child.

i love this dunkin! the food and drinks are good every time and glenn (one of the employees) is the friendliest man ever! the customer service never disappoints at this location :)

Never had a bad drink. Always have the best made sandwiches. Staff is always welcoming and nice. I’ll always chose this one over the etown and mount joy Dunkin any day, even if it’s out of the way.

I usually stop by this Dunkin before work, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. They take orders quick, and my food is usually done very quick! This is by far the best Dunkin around the area in terms of friendliness and food quality. My drink is always made correctly as well, and I can’t say the same for other Dunkin’s around.
