Eggertsville-Snyder Branch Library

Good evening. These people are extremely racist they wouldn't let me check out another google Chromebook & T-Mobile internet hotspot wifi from a different library until I returned the case for the hotspot which I didn't remember them giving me when I originally checked out the Chromebook & hotspot last Friday October 3rd my deceased mothers birthday might I add. I walked 1.6 miles to the williamsville library just to have them tell me I couldn't check out the hotspot & Chromebook that I had on hold there... So I went home after 45 minutes to catch the next back to where I live and was fortunate enough to find the case then I caught the bus back to the Eggertsville library to return it and apologized for cursing them out 🥹

Unfortunately, a librarian here who goes by "Reya", does not understand boundaries. She put her hands on my cell phone while it was in my posession and while I was using it. This same librarian I have witnessed harass a person with a service dog after it was identified as such and retaliate against library patrons who discuss or call her out on her ill behavior. I have been following up with the library director and trustees.

Nice library in a beautiful community. Parking can be a little tricky. However, if you come at a good time it is worth a visit. A great selection of books and movies. Plus a community center that hosts tax help services.

My kids favourite library! They always have fun and the librarians are ALWAYS super helpful and kind! I love the games they have set up sometimes. It is just so good!

How is a library supposed to serve a community with these hours? They are barely open.
