The service and atmosphere were excellent. I also enjoyed the local craft beer. I had dishes featuring tuna and shrimp. While the presentation was creative, the raw seafood lacked proper preparation, which resulted in a lack of depth in flavor and an unpleasant aftertaste. The fish and shrimp didn’t have a firm texture. I hope the kitchen will invest more in studying how to properly season raw seafood using salt, sake, citrus, soy sauce, and other traditional methods. I would really recommend a visit to Japan to experience how raw fish should be prepared. Although the use of fruit and sauces showed effort and creativity, the lack of proper seasoning made the dishes fall short in taste. Disappointing overall.

The atmosphere Was great, however; the hour wait for food was lingering, It was busy. However, I did have to ask for food after 30 mins. I understand if the bar is packed but if people are not ordering food and I'm still waiting for another 30 minutes. Doesn't make sense. I did loose my appetite after waiting 45 minutes.

Service was disappointing because the management deliberately understaffs because they have obviously shown that they are very cheep. There was only one employee in the entire restaurant/bar doing everything and it doesn’t matter how amazing the employee is, the service is still going to suffer. The hotel charges above average prices for what is offered and there is no coffee in the rooms!…forcing you to go out and wait at the restaurant while the one restaurant/bar employee has to find time to refill it among doing everything else by themself!

Bartender Sean had a terrible attitude, was rude and dismissive pretty much any time we spoke to him, he should be reminded he works in the service industry. We ordered the green curry which was really good but we waited over an hour for it and a different bartender had to go look for it, and when we finally received it, we only received one set of silverware for the two of us. Upon asking for a second set, they rolled their eyes and were literally thrown at me. They did the right thing and comped our meal and drinks but your bartenders need to get their act together.

Nice breakfast at the lounge this morning! Good coffee and egg dishes (incl. chillaquiles) were well made and flavorful. Cheerful and efficient service as well.
