Customer Reviews
From the moment we drove into the Grand Bohemian Lodge Asheville, the warm atmosphere enveloped us, setting the perfect tone for our stay. Josh at valet greeted us with a friendly smile and a genuine welcome, instantly making us feel at home. His attentiveness and warmth were just the beginning of a truly exceptional experience. The guest service staff throughout the lodge were remarkable. Each member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, embodying true hospitality. It was clear that they take pride in their roles, creating an inviting and comfortable environment. Dining at the lodge was nothing short of amazing. Our experience was enhanced by the charming service of Lily, who was not only warm and personable but also attentive to our dining preferences. Her
We stayed at Grand Bohemian for a department retreat/planning session. The staff were very accommodating during the planning stages to make sure all of our needs day of were taken care of. We had a smaller group and were able to spend our day in the Red Stag Private Dining room which was a perfect size for the 8 of us to have ability to freely move around for different planning exercises. The food was wonderful throughout our stay. The lobby was a very welcoming environment with the four-sided fireplace and chairs and couches surrounding. Many groups would come and go throughout the day using this area as a social space. Our team was able to sit at one of the couch areas both nights we were there while enjoying drinks and desserts after dinner. We even pulled out some cards games to
I wanted to LOVE this place, and I ended up liking it. The stuff they can control was great: wonderful staff, great valet guys, awesome cleaning staff, everyone was A-Plus in that regard. My biggest complaints are out of their control. One, the location was not what I was expecting. The hotel is surrounded on all four sides by really busy, 8-lane roads with a tremendous amount of traffic. I guess I thought it was going to be more nestled in a cozy little part of town, but it’s between a McDonalds and a Hardees. Helene wise, the area has almost totally rebounded and so that was not an issue (Corner Kitchen is exceptional and you can walk there from the hotel.) Second… I just didn’t get the “Grand” part of this. The lobby is lovely, but quite small, just a few big comfy chairs and couches ar
Our stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville was incredible! We stayed there two nights for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special visit. From the welcome glass of champagne at check in, to the surprise slice of birthday cake waiting on me in my room - everything was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean with an amazing tub. The valet staff was so kind and willing to help. I booked myself one of the best spa services I've ever received at their Poseidon Spa and their restaurant the Red Stag Grill was the perfect place to have a celebratory dinner. I will definitely be planning a return visit soon!
The Grand Bohemian Lodge was the perfect hotel for a Christmas visit to see the Biltmore and Asheville. While the Biltmore Village area was still looking quite sad in 2025 after the 2024 hurricanes—with many shops and restaurants still boarded up—the Grand Bohemian Lodge was fully ready for visitors.||The hotel has a fairy-tale village feel, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredible, with exceptionally luxurious linens. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and enjoyed each meal very much. The staff truly embodied hospitality throughout our stay.||Our only minor complaint was that the room hadn’t been made up by 3:45 p.m., when we were tired after a long day exploring the Biltmore. The hotel is definitely on the pricey side, but it felt fitting for a visit cen
