Greco Pizza

I stopped at Captain Submarine during a road trip, curious to give it a try for the first time. I ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat on brown bread. While the smoked meat was decent, the bread was disappointing—hard, flavorless, and much smaller than what you'd find at Subway or Mr. Sub, with odd pointed ends. It’s surprising that a place specializing in sandwiches could serve bread of such poor quality. I hope this was just a one-off issue and that other locations do better. On a positive note, the staff member serving us was very friendly, although he seemed to be out of several items and had to run to the back three times to restock. It took quite a long time to make the sub's because of this. We were also quite surprised that two subs, a bottle of water and a can of Pepsi cost $35.

It took forever to get our meal a lit faster at the burger king or saint hubert next door. Donair was good but took forever to get. Was expensive too.

Who in the name of God thought that the fish they’re serving is edible! We had it there today Oct 7, 2025 at approximately 3:30pm. The batter was doughy under the crust, someone thought it was a good idea to put a box of salt on it! It was the greasiest deep fried thing I’ve ever had! I couldn’t eat it and neither could my dogs! I got back to my vehicle and the gravy I had ordered was in a thimble sized container with no tartar sauce as I had asked for. If a franchise puts food out there to sell, have someone with taste buds taste test it first!

Ordered delivery at our hotel while driving through. Our order was incorrect, with items missing and somehow we also get a pick up order that was meant for someone else. The $30 order somehow became $55, then they also requested a tip. The pizza tasted like cardboard, though the tomato sauce was good. Wings were dry and we received the wrong sauce with them.

Ordered $50 worth online and for one the pizzas, I asked for Bbq chicken but when i got was buffalo chicken instead. Also, the order status online didnt update, not sure if it was from their end or Greco's online issue. Mainly, having the buffalo chicken instead of the bbq chicken that I was soo looking forward to, was a real let down.
