Highland Restaurant

The food was really overpriced. A grilled ham and cheese for 18$ is outrageous. My steak and cheese that i ordered (bc i couldnt justify spending 18$ on a grilled ham and cheese) had no presentation at all, the steak was dry, and my bun looked dingy. I recommend making the extra 10 min drive to twin leaf, foods better and cheaper. The curly fries were good, our server was wonderful and i will admit the atmosphere is very cozy.

First time trying out this restaurant. The food was okay, I ordered a cheese quesadilla and I ordered a poutine. I liked it. I wish the waitress would have told me the quesadilla came with fries though and they were too salty for me. My husband ordered the fish and chips and he said it was alright.

Party of 9? No problem. Our waitress, Lacy, was proficient, professional and 100% amazing. It was a busy morning and she had a lot of tables, but she made sure our order was correct and that we had all the extras needed. There was a mix of breakfast and lunch menu items on our table and everyone seemed to enjoy there meal. The Vermont chicken burger with maple mayo had great flavor and the chicken wasn't dry. Serving sizes were sufficient and the food was hot. They also offer take out and free local delivery.

A friend and I had lunch at Highland Restaurant last week for the first time. We were so impressed that we had to go back today. Our waitress, Leah, was on top of it all. She greeted us with a smile and was so pleasant. Last week when we got there the restaurant was extremely busy, but she maintained her smile and provided us with exceptional service. And, the food? My gosh! It was all absolutely delicious, beautifully plated and fairly priced. Kudos to the cook! It is beautifully decorated and the restaurant is so clean it shines. This will now be our first choice for quality all the way around. Thank you for amazing service and food! Wishing you continued success.

Food was great, try the tuna melt with fries. Quick service and very friendly, polite waitresses. 1st time there but definitely will try to get back there. I highly recommend you check this place out.
