IHOP

rain was such a beautiful host and even though it was busy because of the pancake day, she made me feel welcome at my first ever IHOP experience

I ordered sirloin steak with eggs but they gave me my order with a piece of plastic cooked in it. The eggs and pancake were old and cold. The workers were dirty and they were not wearing gloves nor hairnets. I want my money back.

January 17 2:17 pm: Calling to place an order and I can hear this lady laughing on the phone. I called twice and twice she hung up on me. I ended up going in to place my order. The place is filthy. Very tight. They were talking and never acknowledged me till I waved at them.

Great spot for the classic IHOP experience. Food prepared excellently and service was top notch. Our server was on top of things. He was super friendly. Total was budget friendly, for the two of us with a side around $21.00. We plan to stop again.

This used to be the best IHOP location, but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. On my recent visits, the food tasted like it had been precooked and simply reheated. I experienced this the last time I came and decided to give it another chance, but it was disappointing again. I guess next time I’m craving IHOP, I’ll make the drive to the Rockaway Blvd location, even though this one is within walking distance from my home.
