Jamaican Flavors Restaurant & Bakery

I tried to call to make a complaint over the phone, but nobody answered so I will be making my complaint here every time I order a cake from Jamaican flavor they will ask how I want my cake and still get it wrong. It was my daughter‘s birthday I got a hello Kitty cake and it was supposed to be chocolate and vanilla. If you guys can’t make chocolate and vanilla let y’all customers know so they can pick the best choice for them it’s not right for you to pick what flavor the cake should be. They proceeded to give me a vanilla cake and they do it every year so I will stop making my cake here. I only gave them a second chance because I usually get other cakes here. And also the cake was falling apart.

Jamaica Flavors on Farmers Blvd in Queens offers a taste of the Caribbean that's worth a visit. I tried the chicken patty, which was decent but could have had more flavor and seasoning. My husband ordered the jerk chicken wings, and he really enjoyed them—they were spicy and packed with that signature jerk flavor. Overall, it was a good experience with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. While some dishes could use a little improvement, we left satisfied and would definitely come back to explore more of the menu!

This is where I bought my babygirl birthday cake yearly! And every year the taste gets better and better, cake was beautifully made and the taste was everything! Mr Baker big up yourself😊 also the customer service for ordering was so good, lady was very nice.

So I went to JF today I had the rasta pasta and oxtails, and chilli wings as well What a disappointment The rasta pasta was so watered down , no flavor, it's like if they poured water on it The oxtails were not tasty The wings same thing, why is it looked white like it needed to be fried a little bit more??? Just saying... Because it was not soft I have always patronized you guys, but things are slipping. Please remember we are paying more for food, because the prices have gone up. But I expect more for my money!!! It's just like someone cooked without passion. You guys had excellent cooks before, what happened?? Quality is everything!!!!! I would like to see you guys stay in business for a long time!!! Please consider these remarks I have made Thank you!!!

The oxtails were delicious! They give you a very good amount of food.
