The restaurant has a fresh, clean interior and updated look. It feels more modern. Prices are reasonable — there are plenty of “combo” and “value” options, so you can get a satisfying lunch without breaking the bank. This KFC is a solid choice for lunch in Edmundston — you get good value, tasty food, a clean environment, and the convenience of online ordering.

Service, I gave 5 stars to service because the girl that served me was fantastic. As for everything else. Disgusting. Fries over done and my Twister was microwaved and sopping wet because they put too much sauce(I did not ask for extra sauce) but they microwaved lettuce and tomato. You do not microwave lettuce and tomato, anyone could tell you that!!! What happened to the Twister being toasted? This location use to be good but the past 2 tries have me not ever going back. The bucket of chicken I got last time had a puddle of grease at the bottom and the chicken was soggy and now this. Your staff need to be retrained and or you need some who actually care. I literally had to use my own tortilla to remake my Twister just to be able to hold it as it was floppy.

People are rude. Speed you up in a Drive-Thru while there's nobody in the back and nobody in the front so you make a decision just very rude food reflected there attitude

This is a pretty decent KFC. The employees are nice, however it can take some time for one to notice you're waiting to order. The atmosphere is a generic KFC, with some teared booths here and there as well as some uncleaned tables. The food is good however.

A delicious fried chicken sandwich in an unexpected place. We actually stopped going to KFC in Ontario too like the other reviewer. We were just passing by this location on our road trip to get gas and it occurred to us maybe the KFCs in NB are better so we decided to try it. OMG, the famous chicken sandwiches (spicy) were so good: fresh, moist, crunchy crust.. it was perfect. This location is overall good too - right off the highway, next to a gas station, great view from the hill, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Highly recommend.
