La Hacienda Tex-Mex Grill (WHITEHOUSE)

Last night was date night with the wife and we decided to try somewhere we’ve never been and we couldn’t be more happier that we did. We ended up making the short drive to whitehouse to try La Hacienda Tex Mex Grill. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and instantly shown to a table. Our waitress Emma took our drink order and came back within a minute with our waters. Another gentleman came by and dropped off some chips and salsa. We asked Emma for their spinach queso because it just sounded amazing for our appetizer. We jumped right in to the chips and salsa. The chips were nice and salted and still warm. The salsa itself was good, although a bit more on the tomato-y (not a word) side, which is something I don’t typically prefer. However, I still tore it up lol. Shortly after, our

Chose this restaurant for lunch while in town for a baby shower. The service was about as bad as it could get. Once served, the only time the waitress came back to our table was to hand off the receipt. Our teas were never refilled. We then asked if we could get a refill on tea and some chips and queso. Our waitress said she would go take care of it. We waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave as she did not return. When we went to the counter to pay, we observed her sitting and on her phone. REALLY!!!!!!! Once service like this occurs, everything else is secondary.

I am a vegetarian for medical reasons and often don't find a great deal to eat at most places. I got the biggest plate of veggie fajitas ever. It was delicious. Just for the record, my husband got chicken fajitas and even he had leftovers to take home!

We went for the first time tonight. The food was hot and fresh. The service was good, although she was new. They start shutting down around 8pm, so come early!

Food was AMAZING 🤤🤩! My first time coming here, my mom brought me here for lunch. Everything was great 💯. Our Waitress Jesse (I think that was her name) She was great, very friendly and made sure to check on us periodically. Will be coming back.
