L'aromas Coffee & Bakehouse

Had the pleasure of stopping here after someone from the area said it was one of the best coffee shops in the area. The coffee is pretty good - had an Americano. Also tried their ham and cheese croissant and half of a chicken pesto sandwich. All were quite delicious. Lots of big open space and nice to sit, relax and chat with friends. The cinnamon buns looked good too - although I didn’t try one myself. I’d definitely come back here again.

It’s a big space but really awkward lay out. Their scone was too dry. I felt like the table spacing needs to be wider for how big the space is. It’s quite cramped. I also feel like they should do more cleaning in between diners.

Quaint, relaxed café with lots of seating and a calm vibe; patio available. It runs cold inside — I kept my jacket on. Food took a bit longer, but it’s baked-to-order so fair. Service is friendly and hands-off. A good spot to sit, work, and eat without being rushed.

Visited with the family on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this bakery cafe is! You can smell all the yummy food baking, which was awesome. We found the food tasty (giant croissants & more!) and coffee was good too. I think service could have been better, but perhaps it’s because it was a slow Sunday.

Been going to both locations in Tsawwassen for quite some time and the quality of the espresso drinks has really gone downhill. The last 3-4 cappuccinos at both locations have been awful… way too bitter or way too sour. Good shop for pastries and bread but I’m no longer going to spend $6 for a cappuccino here. The fact that’s it’s been at both locations says to me that it’s a management/training issue. Hopefully they can improve in this area. Update in response to owner comments below: I appreciate your response and offer. I’m not really after a free cappuccino.. I just want to be able to go to my local coffee shop and get a good cappuccino. I’ll try again in a few weeks. Hopefully things are better by then.
