One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. BLT cheeseburger was incredible. Beautifully homemade beef patty cooked perfectly with lots of great toppings. Homemade fries were good but could use more salt or an option for seasoning.
I found this local gem on my way to Quebec from Northeast New Brunswick. Bit late for breakfast but I really enjoyed the burger and fries. Service was fast and friendly. So many older style pictures and antiques. Free Parking available with the mall. The dining facility is huge too.
This restaurant is very easy to find. It's located at the Brunswick Shopping Center and has it's own entrance from the parking lot shared with the mall. There's plenty of parking. The dining area is quaint and dimly lit. There are no servers. You'll order at the counter like at a 'fast-food' restaurant but the food is made to order. It's the only place in town that offers a chicken Shawarma wrap. I was hoping it was going to be an authentic wrap but turned out to be a watered down version, much like what can be found at a well-known Pita wrap franchise. It didn't taste bad but it lacked fresh and pickled ingredients and the chicken was a bit underseasoned. Basically, the wrap tasted like a curry sauce with poached chicken in it. The fries that accompanied the wrap were a bit starchy
The food arrived hot, and portions were generous for the price! I will say that I was expecting more flavor. The chicken shish was a bit bland and dry as was the rice. I was hoping for more spice and taste. The garlic potatoes could have used more garlic and salt. I also think the "roasted vegetable" description on door dash should be changed to "side salad" for a more accurate description of the dish since what arrived was a lettuce and tomato salad with dressing. However, the salad was very fresh. The mergeuz sausage had a nice spice to it and plenty of flavour but, again, a little dry. I'm looking forward to trying this restaurant again as I'm sure things will only continue to improve! :)
To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I was so very excited to see they have shawarma and the picture they posted on the Facebook page looked like real authentic shawarma. It was the furthest thing from that. They used a white flour tortilla as the wrap and some sauce soggy chicken. I wait over 20 mins for 2 wraps and 2 fries. Service was sooooo slow considering they had a kitchen full of stuff. So sad.
