Pizza Factory

Nice little pizza joint in a small town. Turns out they have a leg up on the competition seeing as they are the only pizza place in town. They automatically win for that. Food was good. They certainly didn’t skimp on the toppings. Breadsticks were okay. Service was very transactional. “You give me money, I give you food” kind of a feel to it. Then the guy who brought our pizza out just put it on the table without a word and walked away. Other than that, the place was clean, the food came out fast enough and was cooked well. The restaurant has a cozy feel to it. Not an overall bad experience.

I want to like this place because the location is great as the place is spacious and the food came out quicker than expected. However as with any monopoly this "only" pizza place in Chester doesn't excel in flavor. I ordered cheese and the pesto garlic pizzas along with 2 different flavors of chicken wings and nothing stands out. The pizza is too fluffy both in the dough and the cheese. Pesto is not enough to balance out the garlic in the pizza. The chicken wings are not flavorful enough to be better than fast food chicken wings although they are certainly edible. I wish there is more competition but then in a small town it's just not practical.

Called in an order 4hrs ahead of pickup, 1XL/2L and a cheese bread. Arrived 10 minutes early and they were "starting to roll the dough for that order" is what I was told.. ended up waiting almost 15 minutes past the time I had requested it to be done! Pizza itself was okay, but a bit bland like they don't use seasoning at all. Crust is hard and not delicious. Oh and to top it off I joined the rewards program just to find out chester "isn't setup for the rewards program.." so now if I want the $100 in points from my order, I have to call customer support and deal with that headache.. 🤦 please tell me why I spent over $100 on 3 pizzas and cheese bread that's literally cheese pizza, just garlic sauce instead of red sauce..?

Consistent, delicious, and this branch always supports local youth sports, schools, etc!
