🌮 Plaza Mexico – North Beach, MD We seriously love this place. Plaza Mexico has become one of those go-to spots for us in North Beach. Whether it’s a random weeknight when we don’t feel like cooking or a weekend dinner after walking by the water, it just always hits. The food is consistently good. The tacos are packed with flavor, the fajitas come out sizzling and smell amazing, and the portions are generous without feeling over the top. It’s comforting, reliable, and exactly what you want when you’re craving Mexican food. And the margaritas? They’re strong in the best way and actually taste fresh. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the vibe. It feels relaxed and welcoming, not pretentious, not rushed. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, like they’re genuine

Used to go here all the time but stopped due to poor service and cold food. Not “sat in the window too long” cold but “we pre made this and have been keeping it in the fridge so we can serve it faster” cold. Tried them again today to give another shot and man just don’t waste your time. Everything is flavorless except the hot sauce. It’s very true that the service in the restaurant is way better than over the phone and half the time you have to call several times before anyone picks up. I’m sure they’re short staffed but dang guys like it’s just not acceptable anymore.

We were visiting from out of town and found this Mexican food gem. Huge menu selection! Large well stocked bar. Seating inside and out. The place can seat many! The staff pleasant, attentive, and busy! Free parking on nearby streets. Restaurant near the boardwalk and Chesapeake Bay. Antique shops nearby. I will be back! 👍🏻

Plaza Mexico is a great spot with a big menu and a lot of options. They also have a really good bar selection. The food is always good and it’s a nice place to go if you’re craving Mexican food in the north beach area

We had an amazing meal here. It was an awesome family friendly atmosphere. We had a really wonderful server who had a great personality and served us really fast, and he joked around with our kids making them laugh! Totally recommend the food - the meal was great all around. My husband had the grande burrito and it was possibly the best burrito we've ever had. Plus the Xango was a big highlight - my husband said it was possibly one of the best desserts he's ever eaten. 100% would come back!
