Five star service, food and ambiance. I went there for my Birthday dinner and the staff went out of the way to make my night special. I had the filet and it was cooked to perfection, seasoned and melt in your mouth tender. The collards were a hit as well. My family equally enjoyed their meals. We'll definitely be back. Posana exceeded my expectations

We had a tremendous experience at Posana celebrating our anniversary! Our waitress, Lexi, was outstanding and went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible! Having a fully gluten-free menu for my wife was nothing short of fabulous. We both left wishing we lived closer to visit again soon. We can’t wait to come back!

We were visiting friends in town. We went to Posana’s new location. I am a chef and a restaurant Colorado. One word: FABULOUS!! The decor was a true work of art! The wine cellar was incorporated with the design of the dining room. Absolutely beautiful with several hundred wine listings. Everything from the professional and knowledgeable staff, to the cocktail list, wine list and of course the food was absolutely wonderful! Chef came out multiple times to describe his dishes. The entire menu is gluten-free! I don’t practice a gluten-free diet so I asked if they could add gluten! Lol I wish I could pick out a favor to recommend, but I can honestly say everything was excellent! Very well done, Posana!!

Make a reservation here w/o question. Top 5 best places to dine in Asheville. We hosted a surprise birthday party here for a friend & the staff went well above & beyond any expectation. The manager & the waitstaff, both, phenomenal. I can't remember our waitresses name, (I am AWFUL with names,) but she was wonderful. It's sometimes hard to pull off a surprise in a restaurant, but they made it so easy & were so accommodating. We had zero issues with a table full of food & drinks. If you've made it this far into my review, make the reservation.

Beautiful new restaurant. Great interior design and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The hush puppies are delicious and the gemelli pasta and lobster pasta/gnocchi (not sure which) were both so fantastic. I haven’t had a bad bite there the two times I’ve been, and if you like the downtown location, you’ll like this one in equal measure. It also happens to be a gluten-free paradise, but don’t let that sway you if you eat gluten because it’s just flat out delicious. My gluten eating friends have given it five stars too.
