I had a very severe upper respiratory virus I couldn't get in that day. but they told me where I could go. both the front desk girl I believe Paula .and not sure of the lady I talked to over a hour ..I could of talked to her all day. both these outstanding employees are what their needs to be in this post . shout-out to them. they just madey day..maybe the ladies name was Terry..

they need to fix how their phone system works or hire someone full time to handle calls. i called countless times trying to get an appointment so i can keep the medication i was prescribed here and everytime it would tell me the line was invalid, id be hung up on, or nothing would happen. now i have no access to my meds and refuse to put in any further effort

Genuinely one of the worst facilities I have ever gone to. No one will answer the phone, i have called 6 times now. it’s currently 12:46 and the hours say 8-5, i just tried to go inside and the doors are locked. horrible establishment.

Called in to get my chips Change to my new pharmacy and the person on the phone was rude and expected me to do it. No wonder the rating is going down.

I see Dr. Gebauer. I’ve been going to her there for years. I’m a nurse. She’s a really good doctor. She listens to me and is consistent. Yes sometimes the wait is long, but once she sees you things move quick. She sends me to the in house lab to get bloodwork as she puts in orders and the nurse makes my appointment. I’d say overall it’s a streamlined process. And they have free condoms.
