The girl who took our order was absolutely amazing and friendly she gave an amazing service :). I was satisfied with my fried scallops but I wish they would have given lemon slices and my boyfriend really enjoyed his fish sandwich! It was delicious. My garlic butter lobster roll was a bit dissapointing .. the lobster was dry and flavorless and kind of chewy. The fries were hot and fresh and they served this delicious sauce for the scallops 😍 all in all it was a nice experience.

Clean resteraunt with plenty of seating areas and friendly bilingual staff. Wide selection of comfort food to include sandwiches, burgers, poutines and sea food. Well priced for the quality of food and defiently worth a stop in during a road trip!

I had the pleasure of being served by Summer at The Pirate truck stop and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was so sweet, bubbly and genuinely kind and it instantly brightened my day. Her positive energy and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed, and it’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about making others feel good. The food is also great too! Thank you, Summer, for going above and beyond. :)

The service was good. The lobster rolls were good flavor wise, but they were mini tiny and there wasn't much lobster in them. It wasn't piracy, it was a highway robbery.

The manager was more than helpful and fantastic, courteous and polite very reasonable prices. Enjoy these dishes and Peggy’s Cove would cost you double this so while you get your gas, make sure you stop in and enjoy some of this delicious local seafood food made with care.
