If you’re in the Apalachicola/Eastpoint/SGI area, Matt at Bayside Coffee is THE roaster and coffee joint. He uses all organic and fair trade stuff. $12 a pound for organic Peruvian if you do the 5lb quantity to take home. I bought 10lbs.

Everything about this place is perfect 😍. The first time we visited St George we passed Bayside Coffee Co on our way back home and I remembered to make a mental note to come here if we came back. I’m so glad we got a chance to come back! I got a Campfire S’mores flavored iced latte and I’m in heaven. I love that the beans are fresh roasted. We chatted with what I’m assuming was maybe the owner and he was telling us about the beans. Not only is it so refreshing to have a delicious coffee (Starbucks is straight garbage compared to a fresh roast of quality beans), but it’s nice to have great conversation and feel that warm hospitality :) I hope we have a chance to visit again!

What a hidden gem! Was doing a 10 day tour of Florida and this was my first cup of coffee on day 7! Living in the DC Metro area it is abundant with coffee shops but this is the best I have had since living in San Francisco in the early 90s. Thank goodness for the internet so I can get more. This coffee comes from onsite lovingly roasted beans. Fantastic service SUPER clean and relaxing atmosphere.
