Today is their annual fundraiser Soup, Bread and Book sales. They have wonderful local music and great bargains on books.
I had a great experience visiting the Franklin County Public Library in Eastpoint, FL today. I was in town visiting family but needed a place to get away for a few hours to work on the 5th novel in my Tor Cat Book series so I went to the Eastpoint Public Library. I found a quiet nook and settled in. The Library was perfect -plenty of natural lighting -great atmosphere and friendly staff. What a great asset to the county. Looking forward to my next visit.
This library has really helpful people who are always friendly and accommodating. They also have amazing programs for kids that involve crafts, learning and fun (see pictures below).
Nice clean library. We bought 9 used books and left a donation. The ladies working there were very nice.
This is a superb local library. If you live here, or are in the area for any length of time, you ought to check it out.
